Data Deletion Request

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Finbie, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you want to delete your account and associated personal data, you may submit a request at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon deletion request, we will remove or anonymize:

Your account information (name, email, profile details)
Your strategies, posts, comments, and community contributions (unless anonymized)
Your connected device and usage data

Some data may be retained temporarily for:

Legal compliance
Fraud prevention
Accounting or tax records

How to Request Deletion

Email Request

You can request deletion by emailing:

Use the subject line: "Delete My Data" and include the email tied to your account.

In-app Deletion (coming soon)

Once Finbie launches publicly, a built-in "Delete Account" option will be available in:

Settings → Privacy → Delete Account

Deletion will be processed automatically and permanently.

Verification

For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm ownership of the account before processing deletion.

Processing Time

Most requests are processed within 30 days. Complex legal or compliance requests may take longer, but we will notify you if so.
